D.C. Looks to the Past to Fix Its Zoning Code

DC is going back to the future, and that future may have a green roof.  Here’s a look at the revision of DC’s zoning code, both a throwback to a more walkable era and an update of the 1958 law currently in effect.  Updates that could make DC the second city in the US, after Seattle, to implement a Green Area Ratio for large buildings.  For more, read here.
